What We Do
Flexible Abrasives Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian manufacturer of hi-tech coated abrasives, built on over three decades of precision engineering and a plant capacity of 1.8 million square meters annually.
We engineer abrasives for the full spectrum of industrial finishing, from heavy stock removal to superfine hand sanding. Our product range includes sanding belts, abrasive rolls, wide belts, sheets, flap wheels, fibre discs, flap discs, and cloth discs, available across aluminium oxide, silicon carbide, and zirconia grain types.

Sambhajinagar, one of Maharashtra’s premier five-star industrial zones. Our plant is built around innovative technology and a specially designed drying system that ensures consistent quality across every batch.

Rajesh Lundia
Managing Director
Rajesh Lundia is the founder and driving force behind Flexible Abrasives Pvt. Ltd., bringing over four decades of deep expertise in the coated abrasives industry. Before establishing Flexible Abrasives, he spent more than 30 years with one of India’s pioneering abrasive manufacturers, playing a central role in building some of the country’s most recognized coated abrasive brands.
A qualified Cost Accountant (AICWA) and commerce graduate, Rajesh combines strong technical domain knowledge with sharp financial acumen. His strategic vision, market insight, and hands-on understanding of both manufacturing and commercial operations continue to shape the company’s growth and direction.
Sandhya Lundia
Director
Sandhya Lundia brings over a decade of experience in the coated abrasives industry and plays an integral role in the company’s internal governance and operations. She oversees the accounts and internal audit function, ensuring financial discipline and transparency across the organization.
Beyond finance, Sandhya is actively involved in a broad range of administrative functions and leads Flexible Abrasives’ CSR initiatives, driving meaningful community engagement and social impact. Her steady presence across multiple functions makes her a key pillar of the company’s day-to-day operations.
G. M. Bhalke
General Manager — Works
G. M. Bhalke is a mechanical engineer with over 35 years of total work experience, including 25 years specifically in the coated abrasives industry. He began his career as Works Manager at Flexoplast Abrasives (I) Ltd. in Aurangabad in 1998, before joining Flexible Abrasives Pvt. Ltd. in 2011 as General Manager — Works.
In his current role, he oversees the full scope of plant and factory operations — from production planning and quality control to raw material management, machinery maintenance, and cost optimization. His deep technical knowledge and operational discipline are central to the plant’s consistent output and quality standards.
Awadhesh Tiwari
General Manager — Marketing
Awadhesh Tiwari is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 33 years of total experience, including 28 years in the abrasives industry. His career spans leadership roles at Flexoplast Abrasives (I) Ltd. where he headed the Mumbai branch and Carborundum Universal Ltd. (CUMI), where he led strategic marketing initiatives.
Since joining Flexible Abrasives Pvt. Ltd. as General Manager — Marketing (All India), Awadhesh has been responsible for driving the company’s national sales operations. He oversees branch managers, develops and executes business strategy, strengthens product branding, and expands the company’s channel partner network. His ability to read market trends and translate them into actionable growth plans has been instrumental in the company’s commercial expansion.
